Telesales Advisor – Outbound Sales

£18,000 Basic OTE £25,000
Our client provides powerful and flexible electronic point of sale (EPOS) systems. They have over 5,000 sites and more than 500 customers from big name high street retailers and brand names, through small chains to specialty stores and charities. An opportunity has arisen for a Telesales Advisor to join their team.
As a Telesales Advisor you will be responsible for contacting retail prospects and generating leads. Your focus will be on making appointments for the external sales team to sell our client’s EPOS systems and E-commerce solutions.
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Experience in telesales, including a proven track record of outbound cold calling
- A full UK driving licence and your own transport (due to the location of the office)
Additionally, you should have a consistent employment history and be determined to succeed in a target driven environment. You will also need an exceptional telephone manner and an ability to build rapport.
Although not essential, experience of working in retail would be an advantage.
